The SeaI/O-440U is a USB-based I/O module with 32 SPST Form A Reed relays designed for industrial control and monitoring. The Reed relays provide long-life switching capabilities and can handle DC loads up to 60VDC @ 500mA, making it ideal for controlling low-current devices such as alarms, HVAC systems, or security controls.

The module communicates via USB using Modbus RTU, making integration with computers and control systems seamless. It is powered by a 9–30VDC source, and removable screw terminals simplify field wiring.

For added reliability, the SeaLATCH USB port ensures a secure connection with USB cables, preventing accidental disconnections. The module can be mounted on DIN rails or used on a tabletop, providing flexibility in installation.

The SeaI/O-440U supports up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules for system expansion, making it suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
